ILB Consortium Financing for Small and Medium Enterprises

The ILB finances companies or investments with a Brandenburg connection through its program, such as

• medium-sized and large commercial companies based in the state of Brandenburg that have been in existence for at least 3 years, as well as
• investments in the state of Brandenburg by medium-sized and large commercial companies that have been in existence for at least 3 years. The company to be financed must be rated at least BB according to Standard & Poor's by the house bank. The credit and risk analysis of both the house bank (consortium leader) and the ILB must justify the engagement. In individual cases, the ILB may, after consultation with the IBB Investitionsbank Berlin, also participate in financing with a Berlin connection and, after consultation with the Saxon Reconstruction Bank - Förderbank - also in financing with a connection to the Saxon Lusatia.

A loan from the ILB Consortium Financing for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises program can be used to cover the company's financing needs, for example

• to co-finance investments of any kind or
• to cover the company's working capital needs including Avallinien. If a direct link to the ILB's funding objectives/tasks can be demonstrated, existing financing with the house bank and follow-up financing as well as refinancing within the framework of passive side restructuring can also be taken over.

ILB loan share, max. 50% of the financing needs presented by the house bank.

• Min. €1 million, max. €10 million.
• Maximum ten-year term and interest rate fixation
• Payment: House bank conditions
• Market-standard, risk-dependent interest rate corresponding to the interest rate of the house bank.
