• Requirement: fewer than 250 employees and max. €50 million annual turnover or €43 million balance sheet

Note: If your company can provide 2 financial statements, you can apply for the ERP funding loan SME with risk assumption (366).
For larger medium-sized companies, the KfW funding loan for large medium-sized companies is an option.

Note: Companies up to 5 years and projects in regional funding areas benefit from a particularly favorable interest rate.
Loan amount and disbursement:
without risk assumption (KfW program number 365)

• Loan amount up to €25 million
• You can finance purchases, running costs and material and stock inventories 100%
• 100% of the loan amount will be paid out
• You can have your loan paid out in one lump sum or in installments
• You have up to 36 months from loan approval for the payment
• From the 7th month a disbursement fee will be charged with risk assumption (KfW program number 366)
• Loan amount up to €25 million for investments, acquisitions and participations and up to €7.5 million for operating assets and material and stock inventories
• You can finance purchases, running costs and material and stock inventories 100%
• 100% of the loan amount will be paid out
• You can have your loan paid out in one lump sum or in installments
• You have up to 12 months from loan approval for the payment
